VISUALIZATION OF THE HOUSE IN RADEČE

The project includes the visualization of the entire house with its surroundings, the study of the exterior of the house, which covers the facade, extension of the terrace and consequently the roof, adding an outdoor summer kitchen, sliding shutters on selected windows, correcting the stairs, removing the wooden part of the house, changing the balcony and adding elements according to the clients' wishes. The client wanted a brighter exterior of the house, by removing wooden parts and covering it with a white facade. In the final renders, elements that are already present, such as growth and others are added, and the presentation is prepared.

In the first phase of the project we visited the location, viewed the location, and photographed it and together with the owners created a sketch. Followed by 3D modeling of the house with its surroundings (house, yard, and other elements). After that, we prepared all the materials and added the lights. The purpose of the project was to visualize the house according to the client and to see how the renovation would look like. Some additional correcting according to client follow, before final renders are made, and can be used as a reference when the renovation starts.
